- "Services": Includes all hosting services, servers, domains, SSL certificates, backups, security, and other technical services provided by us.
- "User" or "You": The natural or legal person using our services.
- "Content": All data, text, images, videos, software, and other materials uploaded or stored on our services.
- "Account": The user account registered with the company to access the services.
2.1 Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- If you represent a company or organization, you must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- You must not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws.
2.2 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use.
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person or entity without prior approval is not allowed.
3.1 Service Description
- We offer various services including web hosting (Shared, VPS, Dedicated).
- Domain name registration and management.
- Cloud/Dedicated servers and SSL/TLS certificates.
- Backup, security, and email services.
3.2 Pricing and Payments
- All prices are specified in the declared currency and include/exclude taxes as specified.
- Payments are due in advance and must be made before service activation.
- We accept payment methods specified on our website.
- All payments are final and non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
3.3 Renewal and Cancellation
- Services renew automatically unless cancelled 48 hours before expiration.
- Auto-renewal can be managed via the control panel.
- Cancellation does not stop service immediately but prevents next renewal.
- Failure to renew may result in permanent data loss.
3.4 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
- Price changes do not affect prepaid ongoing services.
- We will provide 30 days notice for price changes.
- You may cancel the service if you disagree with new pricing.
4.1 Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for:
- Shared Hosting services.
- VPS services (Basic plans).
- Email services.
4.2 Refund Exceptions
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer.
- SSL/TLS certificates and software licenses.
- Dedicated/Custom services and setup fees.
- Free or trial services.
- Services used for more than 30 days.
- Policy violations.
4.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via ticket.
- Processing takes 5-10 business days.
- You are solely responsible for your account security and credentials.
- You must use strong passwords and enable 2FA where possible.
- The Company is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
Illegal activities are prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Malware distribution or viruses.
- Phishing and cyber theft.
- Intellectual property infringement.
- SPAM or unsolicited messaging.
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate violating accounts immediately.
7.1 Fair Use Policy
- Resource usage (CPU, RAM, Disk) is subject to fair use.
- Shared hosting cannot be used purely for file storage without an active site.
- Resource-intensive processes affecting others are prohibited.
- Resources may be temporarily limited if limits are exceeded.
- While we perform backups, you are solely responsible for your data.
- The Company is not liable for data loss (technical failure, human error, hack).
- We strongly recommend maintaining external backups regularly.
- We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime.
- If not met, clients may request service credit per SLA policy.
- Excludes scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
- Services may integrate third-party tools (cPanel, SSL, Gateways).
- We are not responsible for changes/issues from these providers.
- Third-party services are subject to their own terms.
- Services provided "as is" without warranty.
- No guarantees regarding merchantability or fitness for purpose.
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
- Company not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Includes loss of profit, data, or usage.
- Applies regardless of legal theory, even if advised of possibility.
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims/losses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of services.
- Violation of these terms.
- Violation of third-party rights.
- We may terminate/suspend access immediately for violations.
- Upon termination, usage rights cease immediately.
- Data may be permanently deleted upon termination.
- Terms governed by laws of Company's headquarters jurisdiction.
- Disputes settled exclusively in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
